NH Investment & Securities, Public Offering of 7 Types of ELS Recruitment

[Asia Economy Reporter Kum Boryeong] NH Investment & Securities has launched seven types of Equity-Linked Securities (ELS).

NH Investment & Securities announced on the 7th that it will accept subscriptions for seven types of ELS until 1 PM on the 8th.

ELS No. 20353 is an early redemption seeking product that redeems if the early redemption condition of 85% or higher is met after 6 months from issuance. It is based on the S&P 500, EuroStoxx 50 index, and KOSPI 200 index. This is a 3-year maturity product that pays an annual pre-tax return of 3.20% if, on the early redemption evaluation dates, all underlying asset prices are at least 85% (at 6, 12, 18 months), 80% (at 24, 30 months), or 75% (at 36 months) of the initial reference price. Even if early redemption does not occur, if none of the underlying assets have fallen below 50% of the initial reference price until the maturity evaluation date, an annual pre-tax return of 3.20% is paid. However, if any of the underlying assets have fallen below 50% of the initial reference price and at maturity evaluation any asset is below 75%, principal loss of up to 100% may occur according to the maturity redemption conditions.

ELS No. 20357 is a product based on overseas stocks. Early redemption evaluations are conducted every 4 months. It is a 3-year maturity product based on Qualcomm and AMD, listed on the US Nasdaq market, and pays an annual pre-tax return of 10.50% if, on the early redemption evaluation dates, all underlying asset prices are at least 85% (at 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 months), 80% (at 28, 32 months), or 75% (at 36 months) of the initial reference price. However, if any of the underlying assets have fallen below 45% of the initial reference price and at maturity evaluation any asset is below 75%, principal loss of up to 100% may occur according to the maturity redemption conditions.
