Located in the prime area of Wirye New Town, Block A2-6 (512, Changgok-dong, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si), Wirye Xi The City consists of public sale and newlywed hope town (sale and rental), with a total of 800 households from basement level 2 to ground level 23. The current sales volume includes ▲ public sale 360 households of 74~84㎡ (exclusive area) ▲ newlywed hope town 293 households of 46~59㎡.
Wirye Xi The City applies the price ceiling system, making it more affordable than the surrounding market prices. Compared to private sales, the weight of points for the period of being homeless and the number of children is lower, making it advantageous for people in their 30s and 40s with many recruitment types.
First, 85% of the total public sale volume is allocated to special supply for newlyweds, first-time homebuyers, and multi-child families. The newlywed hope town is also a public housing specialized for newlyweds, increasing the chances of winning for the younger generation. An exclusive mortgage (housing loan) is applied, so only about 30% of the housing price needs to be paid initially, and the remaining amount can be supported by a low-interest loan (around 1% annual interest rate) at the time of move-in. Notably, Wirye Xi The City is the first newlywed hope town supply to use a private construction company apartment brand, attracting attention.
Being located in the center of Wirye New Town, it boasts excellent residential infrastructure. It is close to the Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Expressway and Bundang~Suseo Urban Expressway, and as an apartment adjacent to the planned Wirye Jungang Station, it is a prime station area. With various public transportation benefits such as the planned Wirye Sinsa Line and Wirye Tram, accessibility to Seoul is expected to improve further. The newlywed hope town will accept applications for two days from January 18 to 19 through the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) subscription center. The announcement dates differ: January 19 for public sale and February 4 for newlywed hope town, allowing for overlapping subscriptions. A GS Construction sales official said, “Since young demanders often lack points and it is difficult to win private housing subscriptions, inquiries from young actual demanders interested in this Wirye Xi The City supply are pouring in,” adding, “We will present excellent products reflecting the specialized products and designs unique to the Xi brand in both public sale and newlywed hope town.”
The cyber model house is open on the official website of Wirye Xi The City, where sufficient sales-related information can be obtained via PC and mobile. It first provides a guide video that easily explains the complicated subscription process, and the model house interior tour video also attracts attention. A VR (virtual reality) that vividly reproduces the inside and outside of the complex at the time of move-in can also be viewed. Move-in is scheduled for March 2023.
