◆NH Investment & Securities= Disclosed the new appointment of lawyer Park Min-pyo and former iMBC CEO Hong Eun-joo as outside directors.
◆Hyosung= Incorporated Hyosung ITX as a subsidiary.
◆Willbes= Announced the decision to issue convertible bonds worth 8 billion KRW and exchangeable bonds worth 7 billion KRW to raise operating funds. Additionally, disclosed the plan to dispose of treasury shares in the same amount for the issuance of exchangeable bonds.
◆Daehan Textile= The Seoul High Court ruled to cancel the resolution on the agenda listed in the appendix of the regular shareholders' meeting held on March 22 last year, in response to a lawsuit filed by Seo Il-won and eight others seeking annulment of the shareholders' meeting resolution.
