Vessel Acquires Additional 160,000 Shares of Vessel Aerospace

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Vessel announced on the 9th that it will additionally acquire 165,000 shares of its subsidiary, aircraft development and manufacturing company Vessel Aerospace, for 3.3 billion KRW.

After the stock acquisition, Vessel's stake in Vessel Aerospace will be 70.9%.
