iWons, Decides on 1 Free Share per Share Dividend

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] iWons announced on the 9th that it has decided to issue a 1-for-1 stock dividend.

Accordingly, 12,087,255 common shares will be issued. The record date for the new shares is January 1 of next year, and they are scheduled to be listed on the 22nd of the same month.
