Hyundai Construction 'Hillstate Cheomdan' Cyber Model House Opens Today

Hyundai Construction officially opens the 'Hillstate Cheomdan' cyber model house today and begins full-scale sales. This complex, located along Cheomdanjungang-ro in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, consists of 3 buildings ranging from 6 basement floors to 39 above-ground floors, with a total of 315 units sized between 84 and 134㎡.

By exclusive area, the units are composed of 35 units of 84㎡A, 140 units of 84㎡B, 70 units of 110㎡A, 35 units of 110㎡B, and 35 units of 134㎡, featuring medium to large-sized floor plans.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on Monday, December 14, followed by first priority on Tuesday, December 15, and second priority on Wednesday, December 16. The announcement of successful applicants will be on Tuesday, December 22, and the official contract period will be held for 7 days from Thursday, January 7 to Wednesday, January 13, 2021.

Eligibility requires applicants to be at least 19 years old and currently residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City or Jeollanam-do. Gwangju Metropolitan City, where the complex is located, is a non-regulated area, so even homeowners can apply for first priority if they have maintained their subscription account for more than 6 months.

Hillstate Cheomdan is expected to be within walking distance of the planned Cheomdan Station on the second phase of Gwangju Urban Railway Line 2, which is scheduled to open soon.

Gwangju Urban Railway Line 2 is a circular line running from City Hall to World Cup Stadium, Baegun Square, Gwangju Station, Chonnam National University, Cheomdan District, and back to City Hall. The total length is 41.8 km with 44 stations and one vehicle depot. The second phase, including the planned Cheomdan Station, is scheduled to open in 2024. Construction of the first phase is currently underway, and once completed, it will facilitate easier transportation throughout Gwangju.

The complex is located on a major intersection road, allowing access to Honam Expressway via nearby Gwangsan IC and Sanwol JC, and easy travel to surrounding areas through Gwangju Second Ring Road.

Additionally, large parks are adjacent to the complex. Ssangam Park is located to the north, Cheomdan Neighborhood Park to the east, and Eungam Park to the west, with the Yeongsan River nearby. Some units offer views of Ssangam Park and the Yeongsan River.

Regarding the educational environment, residents can walk to Cheomdan Elementary School, Bia Middle School, and Sungdeok High School. Misan Elementary School, Wolgye Middle School, and Gwangju Science High School are also nearby. Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology and Chosun University Cheomdan Industry-Academia Campus are located in the vicinity as well.
