HBCT announced that it will begin sales of ‘Unjeong Station HB Howstory City’ starting this December, located at 1431 Wadong-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do.


Unjeong Station HB Howstory City will offer a total of 420 officetel units ranging from 19 to 42㎡ in size, spanning from 6 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors. Construction is handled by Namgwang Construction, and as the first branded officetel at Unjeong Station, it is attracting significant interest from single and two-person households.


For residents’ convenience, built-in basic options include home appliances such as refrigerators, drum washing machines, and dryers. The rare duplex-type specialized design maximizes space utilization and openness. Advanced systems such as home networks, unmanned parcel delivery systems, and parking control systems are installed, and a rooftop garden is provided on the top floor to offer a comfortable resting space.


Nearby, large malls such as E-Mart, Homeplus, and Lotte Premium Outlet, as well as CGV, Megabox, and KINTEX, provide a one-stop lifestyle infrastructure. Additionally, the second outer ring road between Gimpo and Paju is scheduled to open in 2024. This will facilitate convenient access to the entire metropolitan area, attracting more external demand.
