[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Park Dong-wook] Korea Expressway Corporation's Pohang-Ulsan Expressway Pohang-bound Oedong Gas Station announced on the 3rd that it selects outstanding regular customers every month and conducts a gift-giving event through mobile, receiving positive responses.


Considering the untact culture due to COVID-19, the Pohang-bound Oedong Gas Station informs outstanding customers of their selection via SNS (social networking service) and then delivers the products separately in the way the customers prefer.


A gas station official said, "In a culture that avoids face-to-face customer service itself, we sought a way to realize customer service non-face-to-face and held a mobile event," adding, "Although these are difficult times, we hope customers feel a small joy through this event."
