Highest Competition Rate for Exclusive 84㎡ at 64.06:1, Subscription Winner Contracts Begin December 3-5
‘Changwon Hanyang Lips The First,’ which was released on November 27, recorded an average competition rate of 13.07 to 1, successfully closing the non-designated subscription, with the exclusive area of 84㎡ achieving the highest competition rate of 64.06 to 1.
Despite the government's strong real estate policy announcements, the reason for such a high subscription rate is interpreted as consumers flocking to local small and medium-sized cities in non-regulated areas since September 22, when the resale of private land in metropolitan areas was banned until ownership transfer registration.
‘Changwon Hanyang Lips The First’ attracted consumers with the advantages of a non-regulated area, reasonable prices, a fixed down payment of 10 million KRW (first installment), full interest-free intermediate payments, and immediate resale availability. Additionally, winners of the 68㎡ and 70㎡ types receive benefits such as free balcony expansion and free installation of system air conditioners upon contract.
Subscription winners’ contracts will be conducted over three days from December 3 to 5 at the model house.
According to a sales official, “Since all types of subscriptions were smoothly completed through the non-designated subscription process, many winners are expected to proceed with contracts.” He added, “As it is relatively free from government regulations, interest continues, and early sell-out is anticipated.”
