Hanwha Construction, 'Hanwha Forena Incheon Yeonsu' December Sale: Central Living Area, Extensive Transportation Network, and Abundant Pleasant Nature

Hanwha Construction (CEO Choi Kwang-ho) will launch sales of ‘Hanwha Forena Incheon Yeonsu’ in December, located at 151-3 Seonhak-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, right in front of Mujugol Neighborhood Park.

Hanwha Forena Incheon Yeonsu will be built with 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 23 above-ground floors, comprising a total of 767 units with a single exclusive area of 84㎡. By type, it consists of △84㎡A with 195 units, △84㎡B with 281 units, △84㎡C with 107 units, and △84㎡D with 184 units, all medium-sized single types that are highly preferred in the area.

This complex is expected to attract significant interest from actual buyers as a nature-friendly apartment with a large park in the Incheon urban area.

Forena Incheon Yeonsu, promoted as Incheon’s first private park special project, is developed together with Mujugol Neighborhood Park, which spans approximately 85,000㎡, offering the advantage of enjoying the park conveniently as if it were your own backyard. The Mujugol park site will include various green spaces such as resident convenience facilities, resting areas, Maple Tree Garden, and Imagination Play Forest, scheduled for completion by the end of 2021. Additionally, with Munhak Mountain nearby, residents can enjoy a pleasant living environment along with permanent natural views.

Located in the urban area, the complex also benefits from abundant infrastructure including transportation, culture, and convenience facilities.

Munhak Stadium Station on Incheon Subway Line 1 is within walking distance, and it is only three subway stops away from Incheon Subway Line 2 (Incheon City Hall Station) and the Suin-Bundang Line (Woninjae Station), making access to Seoul and other Gyeonggi areas convenient. By car, the adjacent Gyeongwon-daero allows easy travel throughout Incheon, and wide-area travel is also convenient via the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway (Namdong IC, Munhak IC), the 1st and 2nd Capital Region Circular Expressways, and the Yeongdong Expressway.

Several transportation improvements are also planned. The GTX-B line, scheduled to begin construction in 2022, will connect Incheon Songdo to Seoul Station and extend to Namyangju Maseok, reducing travel time from Incheon to Seoul Station to about 20 minutes upon completion. Nearby, the Incheon KTX direct connection project is planned, starting from Incheon Songdo Station, passing Hwaseong Eocheon Station, and linking to the KTX Gyeongbu Line.

Within a 3km radius of the complex are large shopping facilities such as NewCore Outlet Incheon Branch, Lotte Department Store Incheon Terminal Branch, Homeplus Guwol Branch, and the planned Guwol Starfield, as well as Gachon University Gil Hospital. Additionally, Incheon Munhak Stadium, Seonhak Stadium, and CGV Incheon Branch are nearby, making leisure activities convenient. Educational facilities such as Seonhak Elementary School, Seonhak Middle School, Incheon Girls’ High School, and Seonhak Byeolbit Library are also located close by.

Administrative institutions including Incheon Metropolitan City Hall, Incheon Metropolitan Council, and Incheon Regional Police Agency, as well as Songdo International City, home to the Namdong Industrial Complex and various companies, are within a 10-minute drive, providing benefits as a residential area close to workplaces.

Forena Incheon Yeonsu also boasts excellent product value. All units are primarily south-facing to maximize natural light and ventilation, with a low building coverage ratio (17.4%) and wide spacing between buildings to secure views and openness while minimizing interference between units. Additionally, an indoor ventilation system will be applied to each unit, highlighting the complex as an eco-friendly and clean residential area.

Ryu Jin-hwan, head of sales at Hanwha Construction, stated, “Hanwha Forena Incheon Yeonsu is a complex where residents can enjoy both the convenience of the city and the comfort of nature, and it is already attracting strong interest from local residents. The park special project adds significant locational rarity, and with the eco-friendly design unique to the Forena brand, expectations are high for it to become a landmark representing the region.”

The Forena Incheon Yeonsu promotional center is located at 1142-17 Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon (2nd floor, Fatima Officetel), and a model house is scheduled to open in December near 1140-1 Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu (near the Open Park of Incheon Metropolitan City Hall). Move-in is planned for the second half of 2023.
