Korea Investment & Securities, Final Interviews for New Graduate Recruitment Starting April 4

[Asia Economy Reporter Koh Hyung-kwang] Korea Investment & Securities announced on the 2nd that it will conduct the final interviews for the 2020 second half new employee recruitment over three days until the 4th.

This interview will involve top executives, including Kim Nam-gu, Chairman of Korea Investment Holdings, as interviewers. Chairman Kim, known for talent management, participates directly in the interviews every year. Considering the resurgence of COVID-19, the interviews are conducted under thorough quarantine measures, such as installing individual glass partitions at each seat.

A total of about 3,400 applicants applied for the open recruitment in the second half of this year. Among them, 132 candidates who passed the document screening, AI job competency test, and the first practical interview advanced to the final interview. A Korea Investment & Securities official explained, "The number of hires is based on absolute evaluation, so it is not fixed, and the final result is determined according to the applicants' capabilities."

Korea Investment & Securities has hired an average of around 60 to 80 new employees through open recruitment. In the first half of this year, about 60 new employees were hired, maintaining an annual hiring scale of around 120 people.
