This complex will consist of two buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 37 floors above ground, with a total of 192 units sized between 80 and 181 square meters.

In Wando, Jeollanam-do, where there have been no branded apartments from major construction companies, 'The Platinum' has been attracting attention even before its sale. The complex will be a rare 37-story high-rise in Wando and will feature specialized facilities utilizing high-floor sea views.
