Furthermore, with the nearby Blue Whale Phase 1 and 2 knowledge industry centers, the largest Hyundai Premier Campus knowledge industry center in the country, and public offices scheduled to move in, the area is expected to have abundant demand from both foot traffic and related industry workers, forming a vibrant commercial district active 365 days a year.
Since its initial development, Dasan New Town’s accessibility to Seoul has greatly improved. Using the Jungang Line and the planned Line 8, one can reach Jongno and Jamsil within 30 and 20 minutes respectively. Additionally, the GTX-B line is scheduled to open, which will allow travel from Pungyang Station to Seoul Station in under 20 minutes.
A sales representative explained, "Dasan Seum Plaza is a rare commercial district strongly supported by a complex mix of local residents, office workers, and demand both inside and outside the outlet. It will be developed as an all-in-one space where various people can eat, enjoy, shop, and experience."
