Redcap Tour announced on the 30th that it was evaluated as the top-rated company in the rental car sector for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020.

The annual excellent company evaluation conducted by the Public Procurement Service is based on five indicators: ▲vehicle delivery ▲quality ▲customer satisfaction ▲service ▲contract performance sincerity. Redcap Tour received the highest rating in all evaluation areas.

For the past three years, Redcap Tour has organized a dedicated department to supply rental cars to public institutions and has developed expertise. They proposed vehicle types and options by understanding the characteristics of public institution vehicle operations and took measures to systematically manage periodic maintenance and parts replacement. They provided specialized services for public institutions by establishing a rapid service response system.

In Sejong City, where government agencies are concentrated, they have deployed hydrogen and electric vehicles for test drives to promote opportunities for public institutions to experience eco-friendly vehicles anytime. Recently, a hydrogen charging station was installed in Sejong City, increasing interest in hydrogen electric vehicles. They allowed public institutions to directly test drive promotional hydrogen vehicles or use them for work during a set period.

The Nara Marketplace comprehensive shopping mall is a national integrated procurement system operated under the Public Procurement Service, where public institutions can purchase necessary goods online.
