Mangwoo Station Shinwon Achim City, which will accompany newlywed couples at the start of their new life, will officially begin sales by unveiling its model house on the 27th of this month.

Located in Sinnae-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul, Mangwoo Station Shinwon Achim City is being developed with two buildings ranging from basement level 2 to 20 floors above ground, comprising a total of 99 households. Despite being small to medium-sized units, all units are designed as three-room layouts, adding to their rarity and value.

The most numerous units, the 48㎡ Type C, consist of a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It is designed as an innovative three-room layout with excellent ventilation and space utilization.

The interior concept of Shinwon Achim City is focused on newlywed couples. It harmoniously blends stylish white with modern elements. A clean white base is accented with a rich deep gray to create a sophisticated and refined gallery-like atmosphere, expressing a warm and emotional space.

Not only the living room but all lighting is LED, which is economical and creates an elegant and bright ambiance. A 10-inch integrated home network wall pad linked to smartphones is installed on the living room wall, allowing control even outside the home. It can open the security office, individual entrances, and common entrances, supports video calls between units, and includes ventilation, gas control, heating control, and elevator call functions, enabling a smart lifestyle at your fingertips. Floor soundproofing materials have been installed to prevent noise between floors. Solar power generation has been introduced to reduce maintenance costs and improve energy efficiency. High-level convenience is provided with electric vehicle charging stations, remote meter reading systems, and a license plate recognition parking control system. Motion detectors are installed on the 1st, 2nd, and top floors to ensure perfect security. The complex has received green building certification, building energy efficiency rating certification, and IBS intelligent building certification from an institution designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

In particular, it is known that no new apartments have been built around Mangwoo Station for over 10 years. The demand for new apartments and small to medium-sized units is expected to combine, making Mangwoo Station Shinwon Achim City highly popular.

With the favorable development of northeastern Seoul, the future value is also high. The metropolitan area express railway (GTX-B) between Songdo and Maseok, with a total length of 80.1 km, is scheduled to begin construction at Mangwoo Station, located within about a 10-minute walk. Additionally, the light rail line Myeonmok Line, scheduled to start construction in 2022 as a Seoul city financial project, will include Mangwoo Station. The area around the complex will also undergo the undergrounding of Dongbu Expressway and the development of a complex station at Mangwoo and Sangbong Stations.

Accordingly, this complex is emerging as a transportation hub with four subway lines passing through, further increasing its future value.

Within 1 km nearby, there are 14 elementary, middle, and high schools, providing a good educational environment. Schools such as Sinnae Elementary, Junghwa Elementary, Sinhyeon Middle, and Sinhyeon High are close enough for walking. The area is also well-equipped with abundant living infrastructure. Large shopping facilities such as Costco, Homeplus, and E-Mart, as well as cultural spaces like CGV, are concentrated nearby. Seoul Medical Center, Jungnang Art Center, and Jungnang District Office are also conveniently accessible, and nearby natural spaces such as Bonghwasan, Bongsudae Park, Mangwoosan, and Jungnang Camping Forest enhance residents' convenience.

An industry insider said, “Due to unprecedented rental difficulties, the popularity of small to medium-sized units, a shortage of new home supply caused by the price ceiling on pre-sale prices, and affordable prices, Mangwoo Station Shinwon Achim City is expected to be very popular.”

The model house is located near Sangbong-ro, Jungnang-gu, Seoul. The apartment subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 7th of next month, followed by first priority on the 8th and second priority on the 10th. Winners will be announced on the 17th. The official contract period will be held for three days from the 28th to the 30th. To prevent infections from COVID-19 among visitors, a cyber model house will be opened and operated.

A representative from Shinwon Comprehensive Development said, “With Shinwon Achim City's innovative floor plan design and eco-friendly construction, it will become an apartment where local residents want to live.”

Meanwhile, the construction company Shinwon Comprehensive Development has won the Eco-friendly Construction Industry Award in the residential sector for four consecutive years from 2017 to this year.
