"Thanks to You, Overcoming the COVID-19 Crisis" SKT Park Jung-ho Sends Thank You Letters and Rewards to Partners Jung-ho Park, CEO of SK Telecom

[Asia Economy Reporter Josl Gina] Park Jung-ho, CEO of SK Telecom, sent letters and gift items to excellent partner companies to express his gratitude.

According to SK Telecom on the 27th, CEO Park stated in the letter, "Despite the difficult situation for everyone due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) this year, we were able to collaborate and expand the co-growth ecosystem together," and added, "We will continue the beautiful journey of happiness based on openness and communication."

This was due to the cancellation of the offline awards ceremony that SK Telecom holds annually for excellent partner companies, as a result of the COVID-19 impact this year. SK Telecom sincerely delivered the ‘Co-Growth Pride Award 2020’ plaques, signboards, and gift items to 39 companies selected as excellent partners this year.

The excellent partner companies include Gukje Kwang Engineering, Namyang STN, Daehwa Information Technology, Bumin Communication, Seorak ENC, Sollid, OTC Technology, E&B Information Communication, HFR, Entels, LK Technet, GNS Technology, P&D INC, Telcoware, Nuritelecom, Morph Interactive, Bespin Global, Wide Net Engineering, Present & Future, Cubos, Dongduk Information Communication, Softworks, Iren Soft, Exxon2, Alchera, Hazen, Neonex Soft, MCNIC, Vistel, Telit Wireless Solutions, Global Telecom, Dasan Network Solutions, Woorinet, Dongyang Networks, Olive & Dove, GLNT, Netier Systems, Yeji C&C, and Comz Co., Ltd.

These companies were recognized for creating valuable cooperative achievements across all business areas including 5G, AI, and mobility. In addition to SK Telecom, nine excellent partner companies of ICT family companies such as SK Broadband, ADT Caps, and 11st were also included in the awards.

Earlier, SK Telecom has been leading co-growth efforts by supporting partner companies facing difficulties in talent recruitment due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation, through non-face-to-face job fairs and online competency training courses. In September, SK Telecom was selected for the eighth consecutive year as the top grade in the ‘Co-Growth Index Evaluation’ by the Co-Growth Committee, and earlier this month, received a ministerial citation in the voluntary win-win cooperation category from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

Yoon Poong-young, Head of SK Telecom Corporate Center 1, said, “Despite the prolonged COVID-19, we were able to overcome a great crisis thanks to close cooperation and support from our valuable partners,” and added, “We will continue to lead co-growth with our partners in line with the post-COVID era.”
