Maximizing Motion Efficiency with 3D Spatial Trajectory... Installation Possible in Tight Spaces with 15-30% Reduced Volume
South Korea's No.1 fitness equipment brand, DRAX, has launched six types of 'PURE PLATE,' which elevate the efficiency of weight training through three-dimensional exercise trajectories, including the Front Row.
DRAX PURE PLATE is a plate-loaded strength training machine that adjusts weight by adding a circular plate acting as a resistance point at the bottom of the equipment. It has achieved an innovative evolution compared to existing plate-loaded machines by incorporating ergonomic design based on exercise biomechanics.
PURE PLATE implements optimal exercise trajectories that efficiently train target muscles through differentiated axis design. Moving away from the two-dimensional planar trajectories that move the body only up and down or side to side, it enables three-dimensional movements, allowing users to experience the smooth resistance of free weights and the solid stability of weight machines simultaneously. Additionally, its ergonomic design considers the user's body shape and joint range of motion, preventing joint strain even with increased weight, and its resistance does not leak, providing delicate exercise sensations that stimulate even fine muscles.
Furthermore, PURE PLATE is manufactured approximately 15-30% smaller compared to conventional plate-loaded equipment. Since the plate-loaded method transmits force based on the lever principle, requiring distance between the force point and the action point, it typically occupies a large installation space. However, DRAX PURE PLATE reduces the equipment's volume and significantly enhances space utilization efficiency through a compact design applying exercise biomechanics.
Moreover, it supports two or more grip methods, allowing detailed adjustment of exercise areas depending on arm spacing and angles. It also enables adjustment of the chest pad and footrest according to individual body structures, enhancing exercise effectiveness and reducing the risk of injury.
DRAX CTO (Chief Technology Officer) Jae-sang Park stated, "PURE PLATE is a strength training machine developed with active participation and feedback from NAVER Korea, the largest fitness organization in the country, and active bodybuilding fitness athletes. It is the culmination of sports science that raises the level of weight machines by realizing 'three-dimensional exercise trajectories' through DRAX's outstanding technology and precise manufacturing system."
DRAX PURE PLATE consists of six upper body strength training machines: Rotary Pulldown, High Row, Front Row, Low Row, Chest Press, and Shoulder Press. Reservations for exhibition visits and product inquiries can be made through the official website or the main phone number.
