[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] Dongwon F&B announced on the 25th that it has launched two types of premium fruit and vegetable juices called "Denmark Cheongmichae," which contain pesticide-free hydroponically grown vegetables called "Cheongmichae."
The two types of Denmark Cheongmichae (Green and Yellow) are premium fruit and vegetable juices that include "Cheongmichae Caipira," a pesticide-free hydroponically grown vegetable without soil, directly cultivated in a smart farm by Dongwon Group's agricultural joint venture "Eoseok," along with 20 kinds of fruits and vegetables that can help boost immunity and provide antioxidant benefits.
Denmark Cheongmichae Green contains kiwi, cabbage, and red bell pepper, which may help improve immune function, while Denmark Cheongmichae Yellow includes banana, pineapple, and carrot, known for their antioxidant properties. A cup contains 20 different fruits and vegetables, allowing easy intake of dietary fiber and prebiotics that can aid digestive health.
Cheongmichae is grown under optimal growth conditions 365 days a year in a smart farm that automatically controls temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, and nutrient supply. It is produced using a hydroponic farming method that grows plants in nutrient-supplied water without soil.
Cheongmichae is fresher and crisper because the water temperature used in hydroponics is maintained at the optimal 18?20℃. Nutrient solution is supplied more than 10 times a day, and music therapy farming is applied at different times to ensure the best quality. It stays fresh longer than typical lettuce during storage.
The price of the two types of Denmark Cheongmichae is 1,200 KRW for 200ml, and they can be found at nearby convenience stores or discount stores.
