Accordingly, accessing the previous 'buildbackbetter.com' now redirects directly to 'buildbackbetter.gov'.

According to U.S. media on the 24th (local time), the Biden transition team changed the website address to align with government agencies. This followed the General Services Administration (GSA) officially recognizing Biden as the winner and providing necessary support. The Biden transition team thus secured official status as a government agency.

The transition work also sped up.

According to U.S. media, the White House officially informed its staff about the transfer of power. Accordingly, each White House department designated a liaison to the Biden transition team to strengthen communication.

The U.S. Department of Defense also initiated contact and began related transition procedures. The Department of Defense stated, "The Defense Department Transition Task Force will arrange and coordinate all communications with the Biden team."

Emily Murphy, GSA Administrator, informed President-elect Biden in a letter that "due to recent progress in certifying election results and legal proceedings, access to resources and services for the transition has been approved."

With the GSA officially commencing the transition process, the Biden transition team will receive approximately $6.3 million (6.993 billion KRW) in federal funds and gain access to various departments and agencies.
