[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Hoban Construction is launching the sale of 'Hoban Summit DMC Hills' in A3 Block of Deogeun District, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province. The sale price is 19.65 million KRW per 3.3㎡.
Hoban Summit DMC Hills is a complex consisting of 5 buildings with a total of 560 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to 23 above-ground floors. Except for one household designated for relocation measures, 559 households are available for general sale, all composed of 84㎡ (exclusive area), which is highly preferred by actual demanders.
Currently, Goyang-si is designated as a regulated area, so 75% of the units will be supplied through a point-based system, and 25% through a lottery system. Due to the 25% lottery supply, one-homeowners can also apply for first-priority subscription. To qualify for first-priority subscription in the relevant area, applicants must be household heads who have lived in Goyang-si for more than one year as of the announcement date, have a subscription savings account for more than two years, and meet the deposit requirement of 2 million KRW.
This complex is evaluated to have excellent transportation, living infrastructure, and residential comfort. It offers convenient access to Gangbyeonbuk-ro, the 1st and 2nd Jayuro, Gayang Bridge, and Olympic-daero. The opening of the World Cup Bridge, currently under construction, is expected to further improve transportation conditions.
Another major advantage is the ability to enjoy the living infrastructure of the Seoul Sangam DMC area. The World Cup Stadium, large marts, and cinemas are nearby, and various commercial and convenience facilities in the DMC area are accessible. The complex is also adjacent to World Cup Park and Hangang Park, allowing for a pleasant living environment. Neighborhood parks, schools, and kindergartens are planned to be established around the complex.
Hoban Construction has introduced a south-facing layout for Hoban Summit DMC Hills to secure ventilation and views, applying a 4 to 5-bay design to most households. Additionally, kitchen furniture is arranged considering the housewives' household movement lines, and various storage spaces such as dressing rooms and pantries are provided. Community facilities with diverse spaces such as fitness/GX rooms, golf practice ranges, small libraries, reading rooms, and multipurpose rooms will also be created.
A sales official said, "This complex, adjacent to Seoul, has been awaited by consumers from Goyang-si, Mapo-gu, and Gangseo-gu," and added, "It is expected to receive a good response due to its many advantages such as transportation, living infrastructure, and differentiated products."
Starting with special supply on the 2nd of next month, first-priority subscription for the relevant area will be held on the 3rd, first-priority for other areas on the 4th, and second-priority subscription on the 7th. The winners will be announced on the 11th, and contracts will be signed over three days from the 22nd to the 24th. The expected move-in month is December 2022. Hoban Construction will operate a cyber model house to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
