According to real estate research firm Dr. Apartment on the 22nd, from the 23rd to the 29th, 3,681 households across seven complexes nationwide will begin subscription applications.
First, on the 24th, subscription applications will start at three locations: Daegu Technopolis Yemiji The Central (mixed-use complex), Daegu The Sharp Premier (mixed-use complex), and Daegu Harrington Place Banwoldang 2nd Phase (mixed-use complex).
Daegu Technopolis Yemiji The Central is a complex built by Geumseong Baekjo in the RC block of Daegu Technopolis, Yuga-eup, Dalseong-gun, Daegu. It consists of 9 buildings from basement level 2 to 35 floors above ground, with units ranging from 99 to 152㎡ (exclusive area), totaling 894 households. It is equipped with abundant living infrastructure including nearby Posan High School, multiple elementary, middle, and high schools, Technopolis Central Park, and Science Museum Park. The Daegu Industrial Line Technopolis Station, which connects Seodaegu Station, Dalseong County Office, Technopolis, and Daegu National Industrial Complex, is planned, enabling travel to downtown Daegu where Seodaegu Station is located within about 20 minutes.
Harrington Place Banwoldang 2nd Phase is a mixed-use apartment complex built by Jinheung Enterprise and Hyosung Heavy Industries at 603-4 Namsan-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu. It offers 419 apartment units ranging from 84 to 108㎡ (exclusive area) and 74 officetel units of 84㎡. Daewon Cantavil consists of 10 buildings from basement level 1 to 25 floors above ground, with units ranging from 76 to 84㎡, totaling 907 households. The complex is adjacent to Taejang 1st Neighborhood Park, and offers easy access to Seoul via the Yeongdong Expressway Wonju IC and the 2nd Yeongdong Expressway.
On the 26th, subscription applications will start at one location: Gangnam Sambur Renaissance City (officetel).
This week, 19 model houses are scheduled to open, all on the 27th.
