3-Day Training from December 2 to 4 on Product Registration, Operation Management, Sales Strategies, and Types of Advertising for Coupang, Tmon, and Wemakeprice
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the distribution paradigm has rapidly shifted from offline to online, making expansion into various online channels an essential task for sellers.
In response, Jung-gu, Seoul (Mayor Seo Yang-ho) has prepared a 'Social Commerce Entry Education' program for prospective online sellers.
The training will be conducted over three days from December 2 to 4, combining core theory with practical exercises. The first session covers the current status and sales strategies of social commerce, the second session focuses on product registration and operation management on Coupang among social commerce platforms, and the third session is dedicated to mastering advertising on social commerce and open markets.
Participants will also have hands-on practice by directly registering their stores on Coupang with their business registration certificates and mail-order business licenses.
Based on a comprehensive understanding of Coupang's policies, structure, and system, participants will learn the process of registering and activating products, composing detailed product pages, and other essential information. They will also study the types of advertisements and bidding methods on social commerce and open markets.
An official from Jung-gu stated that this training offers a great opportunity for prospective entrepreneurs entering social commerce to learn everything from market share and growth potential to sales strategies and advertising types, covering both theory and concrete, practical exercises in a one-stop program.
Anyone who is a (prospective) entrepreneur wishing to sell online can apply, and the course fee is completely free.
Classes will be held from 2 PM to 5 PM. Utilizing ZOOM (video conferencing) services, participants can attend from anywhere with just a laptop or smartphone. Real-time feedback and conversations with instructors are possible through the chat room.
The application period ends at 6 PM on the 26th.
