Participation of Non-face-to-face Cosmetics, Beverage, and Other Consumer Goods Export Companies
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Dongmyung University (President Jeong Hong-seop) Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation (Director Jeong Ki-ho) held an online buyer consultation meeting in Vietnam from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. local time on November 11 and 12.
The video consultation meeting was attended by 10 companies including subsidiaries and family companies of the Busan United Technology Management Center (TMC).
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and block noise, each consultation room was used by one company for the consultation. After the consultation, mentoring by experts on overseas expansion strategies was also conducted.
In a situation where border closures and travel restrictions continue in each country, the event was converted to a non-face-to-face video buyer consultation meeting instead of directly inviting overseas buyers.
It was prepared to meet the needs of overseas buyers selling consumer goods such as cosmetics and food and beverages, and for marketing products suitable for formal import.
The Dongmyung University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation was selected as the lead institution for the University Technology Management Promotion Project supported by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology in April 2019 and has been operating it for three years.
This project is jointly participated in by Dongseo University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Dong-Eui University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Dong-A University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Dong-A University Technology Holdings, Korea Maritime and Ocean University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Korea Maritime and Ocean University Technology Holdings, and Busan Regional University United Technology Holdings.
