Hillstate Pohang will be built with 20 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 17 above-ground floors. It consists of a total of 1,717 households with 6 types ranging from 59 to 84㎡ (exclusive area). Among them, 817 households are for general sale. There are 402 units of 59㎡ (159 for general supply), 584 units of 74㎡A (324 units), 80 units of 74㎡A1 (27 units), 84 units of 74㎡B (69 units), 482 units of 84㎡A (209 units), and 85 units of 84㎡B (29 units).
Hillstate Pohang is a large-scale brand complex newly supplied in the Pohang area for the first time in 3 years. It will be developed as the largest large-scale apartment complex among apartments recently supplied in Nam-gu.
The complex is located in the Wondong district. Wondong district is a representative residential area in Ocheon-eup, Nam-gu, Pohang-si, where the largest population resides. Wondong district and Mundeok district are developed as one living area, and various convenience facilities including large marts and movie theaters are established, making it highly preferred by local residents.
Nearby the complex are E-Mart and Megabox. It is also close to Wondong-ro, which connects to the central commercial facilities of Wondong district. Indeok Elementary School, Poeun Middle School, and Ocheon High School are all within walking distance for commuting. It takes about 10 minutes by car to POSCO Pohang Steelworks and Hyundai Steel Pohang Plant. Large-scale industrial complexes such as Pohang Steel Industrial Complex and Pohang General Industrial Complex are also nearby.
The complex will include a fitness center, an indoor golf practice range equipped with screen golf facilities, and H i-Sup (indoor children's playground). Overall, 90% of the units are designed with a slab-type structure.
Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk is currently a non-regulated area. Even homeowners can apply for subscription, and there is no resale restriction, so resale is possible immediately after the announcement of winners. A sales official explained, "the contract deposit installment system will be applied, with the first contract deposit fixed at 10 million KRW," adding, "interest-free loans for intermediate payments are also available."
The model house is scheduled to open this month at 618-11 Jukdo-dong, Buk-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk.
