Redcap Tour's OBT system is a dedicated business trip reservation management system that can apply different business trip policies and discounted fares for each company and even recommends optimized transportation and accommodation. It is differentiated from general flight and hotel reservation systems. Due to the COVID-19 situation, it also provides updates on the latest regulations and news regarding country-specific entry restrictions and consequent flight schedule changes.
Development of the system began two years ago in collaboration with LG CNS and was completed earlier this year. System linkage work with LG Electronics' business trip system was carried out.
Redcap Tour has equipped its universally developed business travel management solution BTMS 4.0 (Business Travel Management System 4.0) with OBT and is ready to offer it to over 800 corporate clients domestically and internationally. BTMS 4.0, accessible via web and mobile, aims to be an all-in-one service that satisfies all customer needs for business travel.
It searches real-time operational information of 114 airlines worldwide and information on over 300,000 hotels in 128 countries to recommend optimal flights and hotels.
Applying Redcap Tour and client company partnership programs and considering the client companies' business trip policies, it provides precise information.
Client company employees can easily and conveniently handle everything from business trip approval to flight and hotel reservations and expense settlements in real-time directly through BTMS 4.0 during domestic and international business trips. By integrating OBT into BTMS 4.0, client company employees can automate and perform online the business trip reservation tasks that were previously conducted offline through business trip consultants.
Based on the collaboration model with LG Electronics, Redcap Tour plans to promote convenience and cost innovation in client companies' business trip operations through the expansion of OBT and continuous supply of BTMS 4.0. They plan to strengthen B2B sales to absorb business trip management demand that had been scattered among small travel agencies after COVID-19.
