[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Twice member Chaeyoung has been caught up in dating rumors with tattoo artist Chim Hwasa (real name Jung Sung-hyun).

On the 6th, various online communities posted speculative posts and photos suggesting that the two are dating.

A netizen who claimed the dating rumors posted two photos, saying they traveled together to Paris, France. They were wearing similarly shaped hats.

It was also claimed that the person in a drawing Chim Hwasa posted on his Instagram resembles Chaeyoung, and that Chaeyoung's younger brother follows Chim Hwasa's account.

It was also reported that they were wearing similarly shaped rings on their left ring fingers.

There were also eyewitness accounts that the two enjoyed shopping at a large supermarket.

After the dating rumors surfaced, Chim Hwasa deleted his Instagram account.

Chaeyoung's agency, JYP Entertainment, has not released an official statement regarding this matter.

Meanwhile, Chim Hwasa, born in 1981, is a tattoo artist who uses the stage name 'Chim Hwasa,' a direct translation of 'tattoo artist' into Hanja characters. In an interview with a media outlet, he explained the reason for using this stage name, saying, "I use it because I don't want professional prejudice to come first before appreciation."

Twice released their second full album, 'Eyes Wide Open,' on the 26th of last month and are currently promoting the title track 'I Can't Stop Me.'
