Furthermore, both enjoy industrial agglomeration, attracting highly skilled talent, led by nearby research facilities.


There are many similarities in terms of location environment as well. The most significant commonality is the excellent metropolitan transportation network. While Pangyo Techno Valley is adjacent to the Gyeongbu Expressway and the Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway, enabling rapid travel nationwide and within the metropolitan area, the Gwangju Advanced Science National Industrial Complex is close to the Honam Expressway and Gwangju 2nd Ring Road, allowing swift movement. Expectations for work synergy effects with nearby industrial complexes are also high.
