[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] Milkit specialist company Fresh Easy announced on the 3rd that it will launch three types of premium milkit products called ‘63 Dining Kit’ in collaboration with Hanwha Hotels & Resorts.
In September, Fresh Easy signed an MOU with Hanwha Hotels & Resorts remotely to expand the restaurant meal replacement (RMR) business by ▲developing premium milkit and HMR products based on high-end restaurants ▲sharing online and offline sales channels ▲mutual cooperation to spread leisure culture and food culture ▲joint development of B2B products. The three types of 63 Dining Kits introduced this time are the first collaborative products after signing the MOU with Hanwha Hotels & Resorts, designed with the concept of enjoying restaurant menus composed of professional chefs’ recipes at home.
Containing the know-how of 63 Restaurant’s professional chefs, the 63 Dining Kits include premium ingredients used in actual restaurants, and are richly packed with various colorful ingredients so that consumers can plate the dishes as if done by a professional chef. In addition, cooking videos by professional chefs are provided to enhance consumer convenience, and eco-friendly paper packaging is used in line with environmental trends.
The dining kits are available in three types: lamb chop steak, spicy beef hot pot, and Seorak Hwangtae Jin-guk. The ‘Lamb Chop Steak’ consists of front ribs of New Zealand lamb under six months old, French Isigny butter, rosemary, and various other ingredients not easily found in the market. The ‘Spicy Beef Hot Pot’ is a special health food made with natural broth simmered from brisket without artificial sweeteners, top-grade beef, brisket, traditional Korean chili oil, and perilla powder.
‘Seorak Hwangtae Jin-guk’ is made with premium dried pollack from Yongdae-ri Hwangtae drying yard, special beef bone broth, and perilla oil, preserving the original soup flavor. The three types of 63 Dining Kits can be ordered through Fresh Easy’s official online store, and pre-orders made by the 5th will receive up to a 23% discount.
