‘Pocheon Daejin University Station Private Rental Project Stayhill’ developer ‘Skyhill Co., Ltd.’ signed a 'Business Agreement for Designation of Seondan Urban Development Zone, Expansion of Urban Infrastructure, and Promotion of Access Road Construction to Seondan Urban Development Zone' with Pocheon City.
This agreement was made to efficiently carry out the road construction project within the Seondan Urban Development Zone, to specify the contents of the business agreement, and to prepare detailed matters and work division necessary for project implementation.
This agreement involves constructing a 15-meter-wide road with a total length of 296 meters from Seondan-dong 434-4 to Seondan-dong 427-1.
With this agreement, the urban planning road [Jung-ro 2-Seondan 4] will facilitate traffic access to and from Seondan IC, and along with the Pocheon Daejin University Station Kumho Eoullim private rental housing, it is expected to improve transportation convenience for Seondan-dong residents.
A Skyhill official stated, “Through this business agreement, the Pocheon Daejin University Station Kumho Eoullim private rental housing project implemented by Skyhill Co., Ltd. is expected to secure an access road and gain momentum in obtaining permits and approvals for the project. Additionally, from Pocheon City's perspective, this will be an opportunity to construct a road planned under urban planning but previously delayed due to budget priorities at a low cost.”
‘Pocheon Daejin University Station Kumho Eoullim’ will be built on Seondan-dong 410, Pocheon City, consisting of a total of 701 units across 16 buildings with sizes of 45㎡, 59㎡, and 74㎡, mainly composed of small units preferred by consumers.
It is an eco-friendly complex located near a waterfront park and a children's park, with Seondan Elementary School within walking distance, and large marts such as E-Mart and major convenience facilities nearby. In particular, it is close to the planned opening site of Daejin University Station (tentative name) on the extension of Subway Line 7, and is expected to share the benefits of future development.
