This complex is located in Sambong District B-1 Block. It consists of 9 buildings, ranging from 1 basement floor to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 818 households. It is the last complex subject to a one-year resale restriction on pre-sale rights within Sambong District.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on November 3, followed by first priority on the 4th and second priority on the 5th.
