Through a meeting with operational staff from suppliers in the first half of the year, Hamyang (Daejeon-bound) Rest Area received feedback on difficulties from key partner companies (Lotte Chilsung and four others) and decided to improve operations with suppliers as partners for mutual growth. In response to the sales decline caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, they exchanged opinions on measures such as regularly analyzing sales to phase out underperforming products and actively introducing high-quality new products to enhance customer satisfaction and offer them to rest area visitors. A rest area official stated, "We will overcome the challenges of COVID-19 through operational improvements as partners who coexist and prosper with our suppliers."
