[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] KB Capital announced on the 26th that it revamped the PC homepage UI/UX of the used car trading platform 'KB Chachacha' on the 23rd.
This revamp was carried out to strengthen user-centered services. The KB Chachacha home UI was centrally aligned on the screen to enhance balance, and the menu was arranged to allow users to see the main services of KB Chachacha at a glance, improving content accessibility. In addition, to enhance the search function for the largest number of used car listings in Korea, manufacturer and model condition searches, as well as direct search functions, were expanded and applied to the main screen.
Along with this, the bottom of the homepage main page was reorganized into an easy-to-view UI structure by section, such as recommended vehicles, certified used cars, and dealer search, making it intuitively recognizable.
A KB Capital official said, "This homepage revamp focused on allowing customers visiting KB Chachacha to comfortably view the screen and conveniently use the service by improving accessibility to key services," adding, "We will continue to make our best efforts to enhance usability to increase customer satisfaction for visitors to KB Chachacha."
