From 4:40 PM to 5:30 PM on the 23rd, images did not display properly on both mobile and PC screens on Daum, causing unstable access environments.
Kakao stated, "There was an issue with network errors causing unstable access," and added, "We conducted an emergency inspection immediately upon detecting the problem, and the service is now normalized."
They also apologized, saying, "We apologize to all users who experienced inconvenience."
However, regarding the specific cause, they said, "The detailed cause is under investigation."
