Although the price ceiling system applies with a resale restriction period, it is shorter than that of the 3rd New Towns. Among the complexes with imminent supply in metropolitan land development districts is first 'Gam-il Prugio Markver' in Hanam Gam-il District. It is the last private sale apartment and the only mixed-use residential-commercial complex in Gam-il District. The complex consists of a total of 496 units with exclusive areas of 84 and 114 square meters. By size, there are 127 units of 84㎡ A, 203 units of 84㎡ B, 115 units of 114㎡ A, and 51 units of 114㎡ B. It is located in Block 1 of the central commercial site along with the large commercial facility 'Acloud Gam-il.'
