Superintendent Jang Seok-woong said, “We will continue to create a general personnel system where employees with rich administrative experience and outstanding capabilities can be promoted,” and added, “I ask the mid-level managers, the office chiefs, to strive so that future Jeonnam education administration in the untact era can gain competitiveness through learning, discussion, foresight, and insight.”
Meanwhile, the promotion candidates will complete a four-week non-face-to-face group training at the Central Education Training Institute from December 9 to December 4 and are scheduled to be appointed to their promoted positions next year.
