‘Wanju Prugio The First,’ the first branded apartment in Wanju, will conduct winner contracts for four days starting from the 23rd. The excellent location and product quality, befitting its brand power, have received favorable reviews, and since it is a complex that avoided the strengthened resale restrictions on public land sale rights, the contract process is expected to proceed smoothly.


In the first-priority subscription held on the 28th, this apartment attracted 2,531 applications for 498 units (excluding special supply), closing subscriptions for all types with an average competition rate of 5.08 to 1. Additionally, since this is the last apartment subject to a one-year resale restriction on sale rights, the lower purchasing burden contributed to its popularity. Inquiries to the model house have been nonstop, so contracts are expected to proceed smoothly. Above all, we will pay special attention to the complex layout and floor plans to ensure it becomes a ‘landmark’ worthy of being Wanju’s first branded apartment,” he said.


Meanwhile, Wanju Prugio The First is located in Samboong District B-2 Block (705 Sugye-ri, Samgye-eup, Wanju-gun, Jeonbuk), consisting of six buildings ranging from one basement floor to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 605 units of 72 to 84㎡ exclusive area. Resale of sale rights will be possible one year after the winner selection date.


Samboong District is the region’s first public housing district developed over 914,000㎡ in Samnye-eup and Bongdong-eup areas, where various convenience facilities are expected to be available upon move-in.
