Ace Bed Selected as No.1 in Korea Quality Satisfaction Index for 15 Consecutive Years

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Ace Bed, Korea's representative bed brand, has achieved the remarkable feat of being ranked first in the bed category for 15 consecutive years in the '2020 Korea Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI)' survey.

The Korea Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI) is the only comprehensive domestic quality satisfaction indicator announced by the Korea Standards Association (KSA). It surveys consumers who have used the company's products and product experts to evaluate the excellence and satisfaction of quality.

Ace Bed has firmly maintained its number one position in the bed category for 15 consecutive years this year, solidifying its status as "Korea's representative bed brand." Based on the management philosophy of its founder Chairman Ahn Yoo-soo, who vowed "If it's not the best, we won't make it," Ace Bed is dedicated to developing the best beds.

Since its founding in 1963, Ace Bed aimed to localize bed technology in Korea and established the industry's first "Bed Engineering Research Institute" in 1992. This institute was recognized in 2006 by the National Institute of Technology and Standards as the only internationally accredited testing institution in the domestic bed industry. The institute holds over 880 patent applications, demonstrating its extensive patent portfolio.

Ace Bed developed its own technology, the proprietary "Hybrid Z Spring." This innovation has revolutionarily improved issues that disrupt deep sleep such as sagging, noise, gaps, shaking, and shifting. It has been patented and recognized for excellence in 15 countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Canada, Japan, and China. The Hybrid Z Spring is currently applied to Ace Bed's main mattresses, spreading the experience of good sleep to domestic consumers.
