SK Stoa to Sell Jeongseon Hotel Accommodation Vouchers on the 24th

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] SK Stoa announced on the 23rd that it will hold a sales broadcast at 11:36 PM on the 24th for the ‘Jeongseon Inturaon Hotel Accommodation Voucher’ which includes four types of Jeongseon Tour Passes.

This is the first domestic travel special product introduced by SK Stoa, prepared to capture the demand of customers turning their attention to domestic travel due to the unavoidable restrictions on overseas travel caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Although SK Stoa has previously conducted sales broadcasts for domestic hotel accommodation vouchers, this is the first time they have bundled hotel stays with regional tourism products.

Jeongseon, Gangwon-do, is a representative clean area in Korea, home to one of the country's five major silver grass clusters and Mindungsan, considered the best for autumn hiking. It is also a mecca for winter sports such as ice fishing and skiing, and recently features the ‘High1 Sky Road Trekking Trail,’ one of the 100 safe travel destinations selected by the Korea Tourism Organization.

Accordingly, SK Stoa partnered with the newly renovated Jeongseon Inturaon Hotel last month to create a hotel vacation package that includes admission tickets to four famous Jeongseon tourist attractions: the Arirang Museum, Byeongbangchi Skywalk, Hwaam Cave and Monorail, and Samtan Art Mine.

SK Stoa is selling a one-night stay (based on Deluxe Room) at Inturaon Hotel including a Jeongseon Tour Pass (for 2 people) at about 50% off, priced at 99,000 KRW on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and 129,000 KRW on weekends (Friday to Saturday). All prices include taxes. Customers who purchase can use the package from the 26th until the end of February.
