Jeju Headquarters of Airport Corporation Conducts Joint Safety and Health Awareness Campaign

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Jeongpil] Korea Airports Corporation Jeju Regional Headquarters announced on the 22nd that it conducted a joint safety and health awareness campaign targeting workers residing at airport tenant companies and institutions, as well as passengers, at Jeju Airport.

During the campaign, safety promotion leaflets were distributed to encourage active public participation in preventing industrial accidents, and masks and hand sanitizers were also provided to prevent COVID-19.

In addition, a joint safety inspection of the construction sites at Jeju Airport was carried out.

Kim Subong, head of Korea Airports Corporation Jeju Regional Headquarters, stated, “We will do our best to prevent accidents at Jeju Airport and create a pleasant airport environment to prevent industrial accidents and COVID-19.”

Meanwhile, the campaign was attended by the Jeju Regional Headquarters of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, Jeju Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Korean Association of Occupational Health Nurses.
