[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Kakao received the Excellence Award in the KOSPI Market category at the '2020 Korea IR Awards' ceremony held on the 21st.
This is the first award Kakao has received since its transfer listing to the KOSPI Market in 2017.

Kakao has held an 'Analyst Day' every year in the second half, attended by CEOs of major affiliates or heads of each business division and domestic and foreign securities analysts. During the evaluation period, Kakao conducted a total of 45 English disclosures to improve foreign investors' access to information.
Jae-Hyun Bae, Kakao CIO (Chief Information Officer), said, "Through professional IR activities, we have strived to deliver accurate information about each business division to shareholders and investors more transparently and timely," adding, "We will continue to work hard and develop to communicate closely with shareholders and investors."
