Electroland Provides Home Appliance Cleaning Service to Single Mothers Support Center

[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] E-Land Electronics announced on the 21st that it will support the home appliance cleaning service 'E-Land Clean King' at the Salvation Army Duri Home Single Mothers Support Center in Seodaemun, Seoul.

Through the support continuing from the 20th to the 23rd, E-Land Electronics will provide Clean King services for a total of 59 home appliances within the center, with the support scale amounting to approximately 5.7 million KRW.

E-Land Electronics decided on this support to help single mothers who are facing difficulties in economic activities due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). E-Land Clean King is a home care service that offers cleaning and sterilization of representative home appliances directly related to customers' health, such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and air purifiers. For this support, E-Land Electronics employees will directly perform the service using advanced equipment and eco-friendly chemicals.

Additionally, starting with this Duri Home support, E-Land Electronics plans to expand its support for single mother centers annually. In March, E-Land Electronics also continuously provided social support for citizens struggling due to COVID-19, such as supplying 6,000 boxes of vitamins to medical staff in the Daegu area.

Kang Dong-gyun, Head of Logistics Business Group at E-Land Electronics, said, "We decided on this support to contribute to creating a social environment where single parents can raise their children with confidence," and added, "We will continue to consider what E-Land Electronics can do for citizens facing difficulties and will not hesitate to provide support."
