The purpose of this event is to help returnees, who have chosen this area as their second place of life, become members of the local community and workers leading the region, communicating with local residents and forming a community of coexistence.
The training includes various programs such as 'Enjoying Leadership' for successful return to rural life, success know-how for starting a business in rural areas, developing regional communication and crisis management skills, and approaching with soft communication through lifestyle crafts.
