Although a reservation visit system was implemented, many customers who came without reservations created a spectacle of pacing outside the model house.

Jeil Punggyeongchae Grand First in Unjeong New Town will be built with 24 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, comprising 1,926 households with net areas of 59, 74, and 84㎡. The model house is located at 1498-3 Wadong-dong, Paju City.
