'Payco Insurance Gifting' is a service that enables users to gift insurance products by entering the recipient's phone number in the Payco app.
The sender selects the coverage period and pays the premium in a lump sum. The recipient can register the insurance product in the Payco app by simply entering basic information, with no additional cost.
Payco Insurance Gifting was first applied to golf insurance products. 'PAYCO Golf Insurance,' introduced by NHN Payco in partnership with MG Insurance, offers coverage for various damages occurring during a round of golf for a daily premium of 5,000 KRW regardless of age or gender. It also covers hole-in-one celebration expenses when subscribing to special coverage. Users can subscribe individually or gift and join as a group of up to four people.
In the future, the gifting feature will be gradually applied to various products within the 'Payco Insurance' service.
NHN Payco stated, "Payco Insurance Gifting is a service that allows users who have found insurance difficult to experience insurance products more easily and conveniently in daily life while conveying their feelings to acquaintances. We will continue to enhance the Payco Insurance service through various convenience features and product expansions."
