SC First Bank Launches 'First Gagejeokgeum' Savings Product

GS Retail announced on the 19th that it will introduce a financial product called ‘First Household Savings’ that can be subscribed to non-face-to-face through GS Retail’s exclusive app ‘The Pop’ (formerly My Fridge) in collaboration with SC First Bank.

The two companies signed a strategic business agreement in January and went through the process of developing financial services that integrate their online and offline platforms, leading to the launch of ‘First Household Savings’. The basic interest rate is 1.0% per annum, the monthly deposit amount is at least 100,000 KRW, and the product matures in 6 months. Customers who wish to subscribe can do so through the event page on GS Retail’s exclusive app The Pop.

Customers who subscribe to ‘First Household Savings’ through The Pop app by the 31st of this month will receive benefits worth a total of 25,000 KRW. At 1 month, 2 months, and 5 months from the subscription date, GS25 mobile gift certificates worth 10,000 KRW, GS Fresh Mall discount coupons worth 5,000 KRW, and GS25 mobile gift certificates worth 10,000 KRW will be provided respectively. The event is limited to the first 3,500 participants.
