[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Lee Geun (36), a former captain of 'Fake Men' who recently faced controversy over debt and sexual harassment allegations, posted a photo on SNS on the 15th that imitated fan art created by supporters of former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk, but quickly deleted it.
On the same day, former Captain Lee Geun posted a photo with the caption "rokseal FAN ART."
The photo showed people aiming guns at former Captain Lee Geun. The guns had names such as Gaseyeon (Garosero Research Institute), Kim Yong-ho, Physical Gallery, and Kim Gyeran, who have recently been attacking him.
This appears to be modeled after fan art created by supporters of former Minister Cho Kuk during the Cho Kuk incident. Currently, Garosero Research Institute, which is attacking former Captain Lee Geun, is a representative conservative YouTube channel that also launched attacks against former Minister Cho Kuk.
Former Captain Lee Geun gained fame through the YouTube content 'Fake Men,' popularizing catchphrases like "Do you have a personality problem?" and appearing on various entertainment programs, but recently has been embroiled in controversies including debt issues, fake career allegations, sexual harassment allegations, and past violence accusations.
Regarding the debt controversy, former Captain Lee Geun initially denied it but eventually returned 2 million won to the creditor and apologized.
Regarding the sexual harassment allegations, he acknowledged that he was convicted but expressed that he feels wronged.
