Shinhan Bank's mobile application (app) 'Shinhan SOL' allows easy login and view settings, enabling users to directly access the preset account inquiry screen upon login using the simple inquiry feature. When viewing accounts, users can also check other products on the same screen. Additionally, it offers various account management and transfer functions, including an auxiliary feature on the transfer screen that lets users check the number of fee waivers available. After completing a transfer, users can move to the money management service 'Money Mentor,' a ledger service, providing convenience in account inquiry and transfer functions.


The app provides various notification services such as 'Smishing Alerts' and 'Financial Transaction Change Alerts,' supports services considering the mobile environment that allows real-time information inquiry and transactions like 'ATM Emergency Withdrawal,' and offers numerous diverse and differentiated services such as 'Goal Management Mission Plus' and 'Meeting Management Kim Chongmu.' It is also notable for offering various security-related services customizable to customer preferences, including 'Phishing Prevention Personal Image Setting,' 'Security Keypad Setting,' 'Safe Transaction Service,' 'Exception Device Login Alert,' and 'Electronic Finance Suspicious Transaction Prevention Service.' The app received positive evaluations for enhancing security for safe mobile transactions by providing login extension and automatic logout functions.


The public certification-related menu for mobile authentication offers separate guidance menus, including certificate issuance, reissuance, and easy copying. Furthermore, the app was designed with sufficient subtitles in the video product gallery to facilitate easy product subscription via smartphones, fully considering app accessibility.


Moreover, the app incorporates mobile-specialized technologies such as push notifications, QR code recognition, and smartphone proximity sensor touch search, reflecting consideration for user convenience and earning high marks in the advancement of smart banking technology category.
