On the 13th, according to the police and Mapo District Office, the Mapo-gu Public Health Center in Seoul requested an investigation from the Mapo Police Station the day before regarding whether Guk violated self-quarantine rules.
On the 10th, Guk uploaded a video of a birthday party with acquaintances on his YouTube channel. In the video, Guk stood at the entrance and talked with acquaintances outside the door to celebrate his birthday. The Public Health Center stated that since Guk did not appear to leave his home based on the video alone, it was necessary to determine whether his actions violated the Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act, leading them to request an investigation.
