'Digital Investment Information Subscription Service' Providing Customized Investment Info via KakaoTalk Offers Benefits to First 10,000 Users
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Hwajeong] Samsung Securities announced on the 13th that it will hold an event until the 30th, allowing online premium customers to experience the digital asset management service 'SmartPlus (smart+)' for free on a limited-time basis.
SmartPlus means helping smart investments by enabling users to receive customized investment information without face-to-face interaction.
This event was prepared in line with the recent trend of increasing non-face-to-face stock trading and the will of Samsung Securities CEO Jang Seok-hoon, who has long emphasized strengthening digital asset management.
SmartPlus consists of a stock recommendation service and a digital investment information subscription service. The stock recommendation service includes four types: 'Samsung Quant 20,' recommended according to Samsung Securities Research Center's quant algorithm; 'My Own Artificial Intelligence (AI),' selecting stocks together with Samsung Economic Research Institute; 'Experts' Stocks,' where users can check stocks traded by experts; and 'NewG Rank' provided by the investment information provider 'NewG Stock.' Users can apply for the service that suits their preferences.
The digital investment information subscription service allows users to conveniently receive reports on market conditions from every morning to their held stocks via KakaoTalk, with free trial benefits provided to the first 10,000 applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
This event, accepting free trial applications until the 30th, offers benefits for the stock recommendation service from the application date until November 30, and for the digital investment information subscription service from the first business day of the following month after application until November 30.
A Samsung Securities official explained, "We are striving to provide abundant investment information non-face-to-face in line with recent trends," adding, "In particular, through the digital investment information subscription service, many users have responded that it has become easier to manage after purchase by checking market conditions and stock-related issues."
