Kim Eun-hye, spokesperson for the People Power Party, said in a commentary on the 11th, "Despite executing our citizens by firing squad, Kim Jong-un (Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of North Korea) did not offer a single direct apology, instead promoting the person responsible for the execution to marshal and suddenly held a parade of new strategic weapons."

She added, "Watching the new intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM) and submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBM) military march, there was no trace of guilt or apology for crimes against humanity in Kim Jong-un’s smile." She emphasized, "Kim Jong-un even shed tears saying 'Thank you, sorry, and grateful.' North Korean residents were also moved and shed tears together. Our citizens watching this scene are shedding tears of blood."

Spokesperson Kim pointed out, "While the Moon Jae-in administration insisted on the declaration of the end of the war, even branding the deceased as 'defectors due to debt,' Kim Jong-un responded with 'nuclear strategic weapons.'" She stressed, "The dangerous dice thrown by Kim Jong-un requires the President of the Republic of Korea to clearly state his position."
